چکیده

5G heterogeneous networks (HetNets) can provide higher network coverage and system capacity to the user by deploying massive small base stations (BSs) within 4G macrosystem. However, large-scale deployment of BSs significantly increases complexity workload maintenance optimisation. The current handover (HO) triggering mechanism A3 event was designed only for mobility management in Directly implementing 5G-HetNets may degrade robustness. Motivated concept self-organisation (SON), this study developed a self-optimisation enable automated enhance robustness 5G-HetNets. proposed method integrates advantages subtractive clustering Q-learning frameworks into conventional fuzzy logic-based HO algorithm (FLHA). Subtractive is first adopted generate membership function (MF) FLHA with self-configuration feature. Subsequently, utilised learn optimal policy from environment as rules that empower function. SON functionality also overcomes limitations must rely heavily on professional experience design. simulation results show effectively MF FLHA. approach minimise HO, ping-pong failure ratios while improving throughput latency comparing mechanisms.

Load balancing and handover joint optimization in LTE networks using Fuzzy Logic and Reinforcement Learning

With the growing deployment of cellular networks, operators have to devote significant manual effort to network management. As a result, Self-Organizing Networks (SONs) have become increasingly important in order to raise the level of automated operation in cellular technologies. In this context, Load Balancing (LB) and Handover Optimization (HOO) have been identified by industry as key self-or...

An Adaptive Learning Game for Autistic Children using Reinforcement Learning and Fuzzy Logic

This paper, presents an adapted serious game for rating social ability in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The required measurements are obtained by challenges of the proposed serious game. The proposed serious game uses reinforcement learning concepts for being adaptive. It is based on fuzzy logic to evaluate the social ability level of the children with ASD. The game adapts itsel...

A fuzzy logic-based clustering algorithm for network optimisation

Rate of occurrence of high-dimensional data is much higher and sad to relate, classical clustering techniques do not hold good for such high-dimensional networks of arbitrary shapes in the underwater wireless sensor network. This is mainly due to the fact that clustering techniques are highly parameterised. Data aggregation using traditional clustering techniques is a problem for high-dimension...

the search for the self in becketts theatre: waiting for godot and endgame

this thesis is based upon the works of samuel beckett. one of the greatest writers of contemporary literature. here, i have tried to focus on one of the main themes in becketts works: the search for the real "me" or the real self, which is not only a problem to be solved for beckett man but also for each of us. i have tried to show becketts techniques in approaching this unattainable goal, base...
